By creating an account or using any Zivra Global service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your accounts. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the services.
You agree not to use the services to: publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content; violate any platform’s terms or automation policies; distribute malware; scrape or overload our infrastructure; or misrepresent the origin of AI-generated media in contexts where disclosure is required. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Content produced by the pipeline is generated by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of each destination platform and applicable law. We provide QA checks as a convenience, not a guarantee.
Publishing through connected social accounts is subject to each platform’s availability, rate limits and policy decisions. Platform-side restrictions (including app review status) may affect which accounts can be connected at any time; we are not liable for platform actions.
Sellers are responsible for their listings, accuracy, and compliance with consumer law. Some listings link to external partner stores; purchases completed on a partner site are governed by that partner’s terms, and we may earn a commission. Sponsored placements are clearly labelled.
Paid placements in the website search engine are sold per category position for a stated period, are labelled as sponsored, and are non-transferable. We may remove a listing that violates these terms; refunds for unexpired periods are handled case by case.
Paid services are billed through third-party processors. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the service period has started. Prices are shown in USD.
The services are provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features; material adverse changes to paid services will be communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivra Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
